After completing couch to 5k, I knew that I did not want to give up my running. I had been following Jemma on instagram for some time and when she mentioned she was starting coaching, I jumped at the chance to sign up.
Jemma has this infectious energy and enthusiasm for running, she shares the good, the bad, the highs and the lows of running. I have been working with Jemma for around two months and during that time, she has made me show up and made me accountable.
Thanks to Jemma, I am running stronger and faster. I am so pleased with how far I have come and I cannot thank Jemma enough. It is very rare that I am proud of my achievements but I am proud of this. Aside from my family and friends, Jemma is my biggest cheerleader.
